Mobile Exercise Physiology
Home Care Package

Home Care Packages are designed to assist people aged over 65 to get the support they need to live in their own homes for as long as possible rather than moving into aged care.

At Milestone Health and Performance we provide exercise based home visits to help improve/maintain independence. Whether it be reducing risk of falls, identifying the important exercises to practice as a part of a weekly routine or ensuring that you or your loved one continues to exercise as they age.

It is important to continue to exercise as you get older(move it or lose it) as if you don’t there will be activities you could once do that you will no longer be able to do.

Exercise can help with activities such as:

  • Walking up and down stairs
  • Walking pain free and for longer distances
  • Reducing reliance on mobility aids such as walking stick and walkers
  • Playing with grandkids and having the ability to participate in family activities such as going to watch kids sports or getting down to and up from the floor
