Client Testimonials

“When Abbey comes in she is always bright and happy. It has been very comfortable having her in our home. She has helped us a great deal with our exercises and she has had plenty of belief in us which has made a big difference. She has given me the confidence and support to walk up and down the back steps. She is very nice and supportive and we are grateful to have her help us with our exercise- even our dog is keen to see her, It makes a difference to our week.

“Mia is an absolute sweetheart. Without her I would be in aged care. Before Mia I tried exercises and I would keep hurting myself. I can now stand up without holding on. When I had a fall the words Mia gave me helped me be able to get myself up on my own. She has helped me find ways to help myself without putting strain on my body”

– Patricia

“Darcy has been providing in home physical training for my aging father. He has provided simple exercises for Dad to follow. He always measures Dad’s progress, gives encouragement to Dad and also keeps me in the loop via reports and phone calls.

When you allow others into your home there has to be a level of trust and faith that all will be well for those we love.

Darcy is an amazing support person for my father, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Darcy”

I have been undertaking exercises with Natalie and Milestone for several weeks. I have been exercising mainly for strength and balance. I have been very pleased with my progress and look forward to continuing. Thanks
