Group Exercise Classes
Weekly Exercise Classes working on improving balance, mobility and strength
Individualised programs to help ensure that you are working on the exercises that will help you to improve
Programs are completed individually with a group stretch to finish the sessionExercise in a social setting for 30-45 minutes
Initial assessments are required to be completed prior to joining the classes to develop your exercise program. As you improve we progress your exercises as we go,Initial assessments cover:Medical HistoryAches and painsMedicationCurrent Exercise LevelsFalls HistoryTesting including grip strength, balance, leg strength, stair use(if applicable), walking and any aches and pains

Locations
Currently we have 4 locations available for our group classes.
Please note that availability in these classes are limited to residents of the retirement village(Streeton Park, Mingarra and The Orchards) or provider participants(Dovida- Melbourne Eastern Suburbs Office).
