Assessment

Monitoring progress and the effectiveness of interventions is important. We complete Progress Reports approximately every 6 weeks- This can be changed upon request.

Progress reports assess:

  • Balance
  • Ability to sit to stand from a chair
  • Ability and quality of stair use
  • Walking
  • Grip Strength
  • Aches and pains if present

Each report has 3 recommendations on exercises that will help to improve results and a suggestion on what frequency of treatment would be most beneficial.
