We understand that ageing, injury, or health conditions can make everyday movement more challenging. That’s where we come in. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists create personalised exercise plans that help you move better, feel stronger, and live more independently.
If you have a Home Care Package, our services can easily be provided through your current Home Care Package Provider.

Risk Assessments
Our risk assessments help us understand exactly what you need to work on so you can stay safe and confident at home.
We look at key areas to help you:
Reduce your risk of falls
Improve leg strength and balance
Support heart health and manage health conditions
Feel more confident on stairs or uneven ground
You can include this as part of an ongoing program, or book it as a one-off service for peace of mind.
Ongoing Assessments & Progress Reports
We regularly monitor your progress to ensure your program is effective and aligned with your goals.
Progress reports are typically completed every 6 weeks (or at your preferred interval) and assess:
Balance and stability
Sit-to-stand ability
Stair use and walking quality
Grip strength
Any aches or pains that may be present
Each report includes:
Three practical exercise recommendations to help you keep improving
Clear advice on how often you’ll benefit from sessions moving forward
